Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Margin about using Margin. By using Margin you agree to them.
Using Margin
- You may use Margin to learn, for yourself or with your children or students.
- If you are under 18, use Margin with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, no harmful or illegal content, and no using it to cheat in an assessment where that isn't allowed.
AI answers
Margin's explanations are generated by AI from real sources such as Wikipedia and are usually accurate, but they can contain mistakes. Check important facts with your teacher or textbook. Margin is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice.
Your content
You own the notes, questions and documents you add. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the service. Only upload material you have the right to use.
Plans and payments
- The free plan includes a daily allowance of AI use ("ink") that we may adjust to keep the service sustainable.
- Plus is a one-time purchase for a fixed period (1, 3 or 12 months). It does not renew automatically. Buying again extends your current period.
- Plus includes a generous fair-use daily limit to prevent abuse; normal learning will not reach it.
- Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Changes and availability
We work hard to keep Margin running, but we can't promise it will always be available. We may update features or these terms; if a change is significant we'll tell you in the app.
Ending
You can stop using Margin and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously break these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Margin is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Write to kalpeshnaval@outlook.com with any questions.
