Refund & Cancellation Policy

No automatic renewals

Margin Plus is a one-time payment for 1, 3 or 12 months. Nothing renews or charges you automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Your access simply ends when the period you bought is over.

Refunds

• Within 7 days: if Plus isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of payment and we'll refund you in full.
• Payment problems: if you were charged but Plus didn't activate, or you were charged twice, we'll fix it or refund the extra payment at any time.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method. Razorpay and Stripe usually take 5–7 working days to return the money to your account.
• When a payment is refunded, the Plus time it added is removed.

How to ask

Email kalpeshnaval@outlook.com from the address on your account with your payment reference (shown in Settings → Plan & billing). We reply within 2 working days.
